How can therapy benefit individuals struggling with parenting challenges?
Parenting can be rewarding but also overwhelming at times. Therapy offers a supportive space to explore emotions, gain insights, and develop healthier strategies. With tailored strategies and emotional support, therapy can boost confidence, enhance self-care, and contribute to a balanced and positive family environment.

How long does a typical therapy session last and how frequently should sessions be scheduled?
A typical therapy session usually lasts about 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions often starts with weekly appointments, especially in the beginning, to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and make steady progress. How do you ensure confidentiality and privacy for clients during therapy sessions?
To ensure confidentiality and privacy during therapy sessions, I use a HIPAA-compliant platform for both telehealth sessions and the secure storage of documentation. This platform is designed to meet strict privacy standards, protecting clients' personal information and ensuring that all communications remain confidential. Additionally, I adhere to ethical and legal guidelines surrounding confidentiality, which means that information shared during sessions is only disclosed with the client's consent or when required by law.

What insurances do you accept?
I am an out-of-network provider, so I do not directly accept insurance. However, I do offer a superbill for my clients, which is a detailed receipt of the services provided that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider beforehand to confirm your benefits for out-of-network therapy, and I'm here to answer any questions you might have along the way.
